I had such a lovely stay! The pool area was clean and relaxing, and I enjoyed the made-to-order eggs at breakfast. Just a heads up, we had a little issue with confirming our room, but overall, everything was great. 😊

The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, especially traveling with our little one. Enjoying the sushi on my special night was a memorable highlight. The breakfast buffet consistently impressed us with its variety.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

Nice, relaxing rooftop deck provides a perfect spot for chilling with drinks or taking a dip while overlooking the park across the street. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to various dining options and shops, offering a great balance of accessibility and tranquility.
Unfortunately, the sixth-floor corridor often smelled like boiled chicken, which made entering and exiting the room a bit unpleasant. The water pressure in the shower left much to be desired, frequently leaning on the low side, and hot water was tricky to find, requiring some patience. The air conditioning unit emitted a noisy rattle, making it hard to find peace in the room's atmosphere.

We loved the rooftop pool and enjoyed the peaceful vibe here. We dined at two nearby Gaston Acurio restaurants, which were awesome. Definitely recommend this spot!
One downside was the reception staff at night. one lady was quite unfriendly during our check-in.

The spacious Executive Twin Room offered a beautiful view of El Olivar Park and a very comfy bed. Breakfast featured an excellent buffet with a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits and warm dishes. However, the check-in experience was disappointing due to the receptionist's rigid attitude regarding an unexpected extra service charge, which overshadowed a generally pleasant stay.

I stayed in a Queen Room for 5 nights. The space was huge and comfy, really nice to have extra room to move around. The bed was super cozy, I slept like a rock! No issues with the internet, it was fast and reliable for my work. The shower could have been better, though. it didn't get super hot. Still, the whole vibe of the room was pretty nice overall.
